1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YogaAzVista's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

YogaAzVista provides fitness and yoga classes, wellness programs, and related services at our facility located at 18 Afiyaddin Jalilov Street, Baku, Azerbaijan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Membership and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register for our services independently. Minors between 16-18 require parental consent.

3.2 Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Membership Terms

• Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled
• Class packs expire after the specified validity period
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle

4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN) and are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of registration or class booking.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• Class cancellations by YogaAzVista: Full refund or credit
• Member cancellation: No refund for monthly memberships after the billing date
• Class packs: Refundable within 14 days if unused

5. Class Booking and Cancellation

5.1 Reservations

Classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 2 hours before class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class from your package.

6. Facility Rules

To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all members:

• Arrive 10 minutes before class starts
• Silence mobile phones during classes
• Respect all members and instructors
• Use equipment properly and return it after use
• Maintain personal hygiene and appropriate attire
• Notify instructors of any health conditions or injuries

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Medical Conditions

You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before participating in classes. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.

7.2 Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise involves inherent risks. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge these risks and agree that YogaAzVista is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation.

7.3 Emergency Procedures

In case of medical emergency, we will contact emergency services. Please ensure your emergency contact information is up to date.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and class materials, is the property of YogaAzVista and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

YogaAzVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership or access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or inappropriate behavior.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
